Statistics show that one in two people in the UK born after 1960 will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
The Wolo Foundation (We Only Live Once) helps families living in Sussex through their cancer journeys. They support them by offering practical help and support to make their day-to-day lives easier. They work with local businesses and communities to offer families a wealth of services to support them through their diagnosis, treatment and beyond.
Wolo is the chosen charity of W.Bro Robin de Burriatte, Worshipful Master of Eastbourne Lodge 7057, and in support of that charity the Lodge brethren have raised £1400. The Sussex Masonic Charitable Foundation have also supported the Lodge initiative and a total of £2100 was recently presented to the very grateful charity.
